The food and the staff in the restaurants were good and always endeavoured. The hotel is a real family hotel, many children in the summer months.

The beach is probably filled up, so the gravel is very dusty, but 200 meters further towards Faliraki there is already a beautiful sandy beach.

Got the same twin room booked online with balcony, bunk beds, for instance. Excellant service, even though a few employees where not very friendly.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

Fantastic hotel, we've been 4 times and going again in sept 2011. My sisters and their family's have been here several times too, great food great entertainment, lots for the kids to do, cleanliness is second to none , wonderful and friendly staff, the hotel is situated on a lovely quite road and has a number of shops and cafes, waterpark just across the road and two bus stops, one bus that takes you to faliraki and the other to Rhodes town. The hotel do snacks throughout the day, and unlimited ice-cream were the kids can help them selves, candy floss is also available and also a childrens activity area. The list is endless and I recommend it to anyone.. Food is great lots too choose from and the rooms are decorated to a high standard,, overall a fantastic hotel, and a memorable holiday year after year, no complaints yet,, 10/10 :)

I loved the hotel, it was perfect and impeccably clean. Stunning and exceptional location very close to the sea. - the staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. - the services were very good.

The food court and options were amazing, with tasty and diverse choices. The staff were friendly and assertive. The property was well laid out with plenty of shady spaces and a private beach. The pools were clean and the hotel had a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. There were lots of activities for children, including water slides. The selection of restaurants within the hotel was great, with fresh and delicious food and drinks. The staff were very helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to help plan a birthday celebration. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. The price was reasonable and the overall experience was excellent. Staff, lifeguards, and the animation team did a great job. The hotel was not overcrowded, making it a perfect choice for a stay.

We had a great family holiday with lots of amenities. The pools were clean and well-maintained, with separate ones for kids and adults. The beach was just a short walk away and had clear water for snorkeling. The food was varied and plentiful, with plenty of options for both breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks in the room, and the location was excellent for exploring the area.

To our stay. The hotel was overcrowded at times, particularly during meal times, which made it difficult to navigate the buffet area.
